
Project Overview
In this washing machine factory project in France, we provided a complete low-voltage power distribution solution for the electrical assembly of the customer’s production workshop. Through multiple rounds of technical communication, we clarified the customer’s needs regarding circuit protection, power management, cabinet layout, and installation efficiency. We delivered a practical alternative solution that not only aligned with the original system planning but also perfectly met the actual production conditions of the factory.
Initially, the project was slated to continue using another brand’s power distribution scheme. However, through repeated technical discussions, precise parameter matching, and comprehensive after-sales support, we successfully introduced a seamless alternative solution based on modular protection devices, distribution box components, and matching accessories. During the trial production period, we also provided the customer with installation guidance, troubleshooting, and printed technical instructions, ensuring the continuous operation of the production line and avoiding unnecessary interruptions.

How the System Works
The system is built around the modular DIN-rail distribution layout inside the cabinet. In practice, the input power is distributed through multiple protected output circuits, allowing for clearer and safer management of different functional loads within the washing machine production system. Our product series excellently supports this structure: our MCB solutions are specifically designed for overload and short-circuit protection utilizing DIN-rail mounting, while the RCBO devices integrate overcurrent and leakage protection into a single compact unit. Regarding the enclosure, our distribution boxes are designed specifically for engineering applications—including factory production lines—featuring an IP65 protection rating, durable ABS housing, and flexible wiring space.
In this project, the distribution box acts as the installation platform. Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) are responsible for branch overcurrent protection, while Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCBs) and RCBOs enhance personnel and equipment safety by rapidly responding to earth leakage faults. This modular design also makes it significantly easier for the factory maintenance team to conduct subsequent inspections, replacements, and expansions, especially in environments where clear wiring and rapid response are crucial. 5. Terminal Blocks & Household Contactors
To streamline the inspection and maintenance procedures for multiple circuits, UNIDO TRADING LIMITED’s double-layer terminal blocks were incorporated into the project; additionally, identification labels were affixed to the wire insulation to designate corresponding branch circuits, thereby further clarifying the on-site wiring configuration. Household contactors are employed to provide circuit protection for high-power domestic appliances subject to frequent switching, while both the contactors and the terminal blocks serve the essential function of establishing electrical connections.
Challenges Solved

The customer originally planned to continue using another brand’s distribution channels, meaning any alternative solution had to strictly conform to the factory’s established electrical parameters, installation logic, and production rhythm.
